Pricing: the price is determined by the time at which the reservation starts.
Your 5 free minutes apply across the rental, giving you time to take photos, start and end the rental, and enter or exit car parks.
Reservation extension: every reservation is held for 15 minutes at no charge. Beyond that, extending it costs $1.50 per 10 minutes.
CDW (included): every rental includes collision damage waiver at no extra charge. It reduces the excess by $2,000 for own damage and $2,000 for third-party damage.
Fuel/Electricity surcharge — subject to market prices. Charged per trip, and only while the market price is above the threshold for that vehicle’s fuel type.
